Bamboo skewers are ideal for cooking and serving. With their strong, sharp points, one can easily impale thinly cut pieces of pork, chicken, vegetables and beef for sautees and kebabs for barbecuing.

For best results, soak the skewers in water for 20 minutes prior to use, this will prevent the skewers from burning whilst cooking.
